Here is a checklist to help diagnose why no data is appearing on your Dashboard
1. Confirm that you are viewing the correct group.
At the top of the Dashboard page, there is a label "Current Group:" which specifies the current group you are currently viewing. Ensure that this group is the correct one and contains the users you are trying to monitor.
2. Confirm that the FireHUD Bands are on.
If the Bands are on, then you will see two rapidly blinking green LEDs on the bottom of the device. If the Band does not appear to be on, then it is likely out of battery and needs to be charged on one of the provided wireless charging pads. Once placed on the charging pad, you should see a blue LED on the front of the Band.
3. Confirm that the Bands are assigned to users on the Organization Page.
Confirm that the Bands are assigned to users by clicking on the button labeled "Organization" at the top of the application's web page. Then navigate to the tab labeled "Users". If the BandID is already assigned, then you will see that BandID listed in the "BandID" column next to the name of a user. In the column labeled "BandID", press the + button and select the BandID of the physical device.
Note: The BandID is stickered on to each Band.
4. Confirm that the Bands are within range of a gateway.
If the Bands are in range of a gateway, then you will see a green or yellow LED blinking on the front of the Band about once every 10 seconds. If that is not the case, then the Band is not in range of a gateway or the gateway is not setup properly.
5. Confirm that the gateway is setup properly.
If the gateway is setup properly, it will have two antennas attached to its back. The round antenna should be screwed in to the port labeled "RF". The flat paddle antenna should be screwed in to the port labeled "Cell". Additionally, the power cable should plugged and screwed in to the power port. If your gateway came with a GPS antenna (cube-shaped), it should be screwed into the port labeled "GPS". If the gateway is on and functional, there should be blinking LEDs on the front of the gateway.
6. Confirm that the gateway is fully booted.
If the gateway was just powered on, it will need at least 2 minutes to boot and find a cell signal.
